Sean Edwin Tyas, who was born in 1979 in New York City, is an American DJ and trance producer whose career began after an early fascination with electronic music at age eleven. He released the single "Love At First Site" (2002), followed by "Virtual Discotech 1.0" and "All Out of Love" in 2005. In 2006 he won a remix competition for Sander van Doorn's "Punk'd" and signed with Discover, where "Lift" earned the "Tune of the Week" accolade on Armin van Buuren's radio show A State of Trance.
