Shayna Steele, born on September 23, 1975, in Sacramento, California, is an American singer-songwriter. She began her career as a Broadway stage actress with notable credits including Rent at the Nederlander Theatre, the revival of Jesus Christ Superstar, and the original Broadway cast of Hairspray.
