Showbread
Showbread, an American Christian hardcore band, was formed in Guyton, Georgia,
in 1997. The band gained underground traction through word-of-mouth exposure and
touring. In 2004, Showbread signed with Tooth & Nail Records and released their
major-label debut album, No Sir, Nihilism is Not Practical. They followed this
with Age of Reptiles in 2006, and the dual albums Anorexia and Nervosa in 2008.
Showbread left Tooth & Nail in 2010 to join Come&Live!, an independent record
label. Their album, Showbread is Showdead, was released in 2016, and Our Fathers
Were Models for God in 2023.
