Real name Alexandra Lilah Denton, born in London on June 17, 1988, Shura is a
British singer, songwriter and producer renowned for her fusion of synthpop,
electro pop and alternative pop. Raised in Manchester by an English father, a
documentary filmmaker, and a Russian mother, an actress, Shura began playing
guitar at the age of 13 and recording her own music at 16. She made a name for
