Simón Aguirre is an Argentine cuarteto singer from Río Cuarto, Córdoba, and the
nephew of Walter Romero, the late former vocalist of Banda XXI. He began singing
at a young age, first recording covers at home and posting them online before
performing with the band Nepus, where songs such as “En la cama que pague” and
“Por una vez” helped introduce him to the local cuarteto circuit. Q’ Lokura
later invited him to sing tracks including “Tres Minutos”, “Nadie Va” and
“Tacones Rojos”, giving him a stronger link to the Córdoba scene. As a solo
