Skáld, a French folk music group formed in 2018 by producer Christophe
Voisin-Boisvinet, is known for blending Celtic and Nordic musical traditions.
The initial lineup included Xavier Bertrand, Justine Galmiche, Pierrick Valence,
and Fred Perchet, later replaced by Mattjö Haussy. Skáld's self-titled debut EP
was released in August 2018, featuring three tracks including "Rún". Their first
full-length album, Le Chant des Vikings, was published on January 25, 2019,
