Hailing from Oakland, California, Somethin’ for the People was an American
contemporary R&B group that enjoyed moderate success in the late 90s. Throughout
their career, they’ve not only managed to put several of their songs in the
charts but they’ve also penned tracks for Adina Howard, Brandy, and Will Smith.
Formed in 1990, the trio composed of Curtis "Sauce" Wilson, Jeff "Fuzzy" Young,
and Rochad "Cat Daddy" Holiday recorded a demo that caught the attention of
