Sonido Mazter were a Mexican cumbia and grupero band formed in Monclova,
Coahuila, in 1989, emerging from northern Mexico’s sonidero circuit with early
albums such as El Último Beso (1990) and Ritmo Sabroso (1991), followed by the
1993 release Falsa Traición, whose title track "Falsa Traición" became one of
their first signature songs. Through the mid-1990s they consolidated their sound
on albums like Triángulo de Amor (1994) and Te Llevo en Mí (1995), building a
