Formed in 1977 in France, Space Art was an electronic duo founded by keyboardist
Dominique ‘Terracota’ Perrier and drummer Roger Rizzitelli. Originally calling
themselves Moon, the duo had changed their name to Space Art by the time of the
release of their 1977 self-titled debut album. The success of the album paved
the way for Trip in the Center Head (1979) and Play Back (1980). The group’s
trio of albums had sold a combined total of three million copies and they seemed
