Stuff was an American jazz-fusion group active in the late 1970s and early
1980s. The group consisted of Gordon Edwards on bass guitar, Richard Tee on
keyboards, Eric Gale and Cornell Dupree on guitars, Chris Parker on drums, and
later Steve Gadd on drums. The group was initially formed after backing singer
Esther Marrow at Mikell's, a New York City club. Following their work with
Marrow, the musicians returned weekly to play at the venue. Michael Lang helped
