Kurt Johann Hauenstein (* January 14, 1949 in Vienna; † March 20/21, 2011 in
Vienna) founded the music project Supermax in Frankfurt am Main in 1976. The
band combines reggae, funk, disco and rock. The founding members include Kurt
Johann Hauenstein (bass, vocals, Mini-Moog), Hans Ochs (guitar), Ken Taylor
(bass), Lothar Krell (keyboards), Peter Koch (percussion), Jürgen Zöller (drums)
and the singers Cee Cee Cobb and Jean Graham. Later, Bernadet Onore Eben and
