Born in Singapore on January 28, 1975, multilingual Mandopop star Tanya Chua
made her first foray into music in 1997 after signing a recording deal with
Singaporean management company Music & Movement. She kicked off her career with
the release of English-language album Bored, which she followed up with Tanya in
