Taz
Mattias Leimgruber, known professionally as Taz, is a Swiss rapper who began his
musical journey as a founding member of the Basel‑Landschaft hip‑hop collective
TAFS in 1997, contributing to the group’s early releases and live performances.
Taz transitioned into a solo career with the collaborative album Prestige,
created alongside other artists, which gained attention in the Swiss rap scene.
He followed with the solo projects Introspektion and Zum Glück, both of which
entered the Swiss Hitparade.
