The Falcons were an American R&B vocal group formed in Detroit, Michigan, in
1955. The group initially consisted of Eddie Floyd, Bob Manardo, Arnett
Robinson, Tom Shelter, and Willie Schofield. Following line-up changes in 1956,
the group signed with Lu Pine Records and achieved significant success with the
million-seller "You're So Fine" (1959), which charted at number 17. Joe Stubbs
