The Love Unlimited Orchestra was a 40-piece string-laden disco orchestra based
in the United States and created in 1972 by producer and composer Barry White as
a session ensemble to support White for his solo debut. After the success of the
single "Love's Theme" in 1973, White launched the orchestra as a full‑time act,
recording multiple albums between 1974 and 1983. Their debut Rhapsody in White
was released in 1974. Subsequent album releases include Together Brothers (1974)
