The Mary Wallopers, hailing from Dundalk, County Louth, are a folk group that
blends Irish musical traditions with themes of social struggle. The group
started as a trio with the Hendy brothers, Charles and Andrew, and their friend
Sean McKenna. They expanded in 2022, welcoming Róisín Barrett, Brendan
McInerney, Seamus Hyland, and Finnian O'Connor, enriching their sound with bass,
drums, accordion, and the quintessential Irish tin whistle and uilleann pipes.
