The Motans
Denis Roabeș, professionally known as The Motans, is a Moldovan pop and R&B
singer and songwriter born on August 2, 1989. After working in Moscow, Roabeș
returned to Moldova in 2014 and launched his musical career in 2015. He gained
prominence in 2016 with the single “Versus”, attracting support from vlogger
Matei Dima. In 2017, the band collaborated with Delia on the hit “Weekend”.
Roabeș released his debut album, My Gorgeous Drama Queens, in 2018, the same
