The Sunshine Company was a pop rock group from the United States, formed in
1966. The initial lineup consisted of Mary Lorraine Nance-Ulrich and Maury
Manseau, who later added Larry Sims on bass and Merel Bregante on drums. Their
sound evolved from folk to a style reminiscent of contemporary groups like The
Mamas & the Papas. Signed to Imperial Records in 1967, The Sunshine Company
released their debut single "Happy", followed by "Back On The Street Again",
which peaked at number 36 on the US charts. This success was followed by several
