They Hate Change
They Hate Change, an American hip hop and electronic duo from Tampa, Florida,
consists of Vonne Parks and Andre "Dre" Gainey. The duo met as adolescents when
Gainey moved to Tampa from Rochester, New York. They began collaborating on
beats and DJing at local house parties. Their first project, the EP Cycles, was
released in 2015. In 2018, They Hate Change released the album Now, And Never
Again. The following year, in 2019, they embarked on their first tour outside of
the Tampa area. In 2022, the duo released Finally, New under Jagjaguwar.
