Thrice
Thrice, a rock band from Irvine, California, was formed in 1998 by guitarist and
vocalist Dustin Kensrue and guitarist Teppei Teranishi during their high school
years. The group initially gained attention for its heavily distorted
guitar-driven sound, evident on their debut album The Illusion of Safety (2002).
Thrice's early lineup included Eddie Breckenridge on bass and Riley Breckenridge
on drums. Their first release was the EP First Impressions, followed by the
album Identity Crisis in 2001, which was reissued by Hopeless/Sub City Records
after the band signed with the label. ...
