Timothy Andrew Liken, known professionally as Tim Deluxe, was born on July 18, 1977, in Belfast, United Kingdom. He began his career as a DJ while working at a record store in London during the 1990s. Initially collaborating with Omar Amidora and Andy Lysandrou under the pseudonyms "R.I.P. Productions" and "Double 99," Tim Deluxe produced numerous UK Garage tracks for Ice Cream Records, gaining cult status within the scene.
