Tim Eriksen
Tim Eriksen, born in 1966, is a an American musician, musicologist, and
professor. Eriksen emerged onto the folk scene as the leader of Cordelia's Dad,
a band that blends traditional folk with punk energy. The group released several
albums, including the 1995 Comet, and performed at the Newport Festival while
touring with Nirvana, Uncle Tupelo, and Weezer. Eriksen contributed to the Cold
Mountain soundtrack, collaborating with Riley Baugus on "I Wish My Baby Was
