Tiziana Ghiglioni (born October 25, 1956) is an Italian jazz singer and educator
from Savona. Ghiglioni developed an interest in jazz after attending an Archie
Shepp concert and participated in a 1979 workshop led by Giorgio Gaslini.
Ghiglioni subsequently performed with the Gaslini big band and released the
debut album Lonely Woman (1981). Ghiglioni collaborated with international
musicians including Kenny Drew, Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Steve Lacy, and
