Tokyo Performance Doll are a J-pop collective originally formed in the Japanese
capital in 1990. They disbanded in 1996 and reformed in 2013 with a new lineup.
Their early albums from 1990 to 1995 include a series of 'Cha-Dance Party'
releases and they put out many videos with singles including 'Wake Me Up!'
(1991), 'Catch!' (1992) and 'Konya wa' (1994). With the revamped lineup, albums
include 'We Are TPD' (2017) and 'Hey, Girls' (2018) with recent singles
including 'Brand New Story' (2014), 'Dreamin'' (2015), 'Trick U' (2018),
'Shapeless' (2018) and 'Super Duper' (2019).
