Tommy Torres is a composer, Latin Grammy Award-winning producer, and chart-topping solo artist from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Born as "Tomas Torres Carrasquillo" on November 25, 1971, he graduated from Berklee College of Music and relocated to Miami, Florida, where he composed his first hit — MDO's "No Puedo Olvidar" — in 1999. The song peaked at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart, as did Torres' next composition, Jaci Velasquez's "Llegar A Ti."
