Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi is a Japanese pop singer and actor from Kagoshima. He was
born on September 7, 1956, in Hioki, Kagoshima, and first garnered attention
with an appearance on the television talent show Yamaha Music Song Contest in
1976. His debut album, Kaze Wa Minami Kara, came out in 1979, and he released
many more albums during the subsequent decades. License (1987), Showa (1980),
Jeep (1990), Japan (1991), and Captain of the Ship (1993), Fuzaken-ja-ne (1997),
Samurai (1998), and Keep On Fighting (2003) all topped Japan's Oricon Albums
