Væb is an Icelandic music duo consisting of the brothers Hálfdán Helgi
Matthíasson, born on June 4, 2003, and Matthías Davíð Matthíasson, born on
December 7, 2004. The group was formed in Iceland in 2022 and moves musically
between electronic music, hip-hop and pop. Both artists grew up in a musical
environment: Their mother is a singer and singing teacher, their father an
organist, saxophone teacher and choir director. Hálfdán attracted attention at
