VIXX LR, the first official sub-unit of the South Korean boy band VIXX under
Jellyfish Entertainment, was formed in August 2015. Consisting of VIXX vocalist
Leo and rapper Ravi, the duo made their debut with the mini album Beautiful Liar
on August 17, 2015. The album reached number 2 on the Billboard World Albums and
the South Korean Album charts, and landed the top position in Taiwan. On
September 1, VIXX LR earned their first music show win on SBS MTV's The Show and
