Vj Awax
DJ Awax is a producer from Reunion Island and founder of the Run Hit label. Born
in Saint-Denis de la Réunion, he took dancehall and Caribbean rhythms as his
musical model to create his style and collaborate on the island with several
singers. He made a name for himself as a DJ before founding his Run Hit label in
2013 and multiplying his releases and collaborations, between dancehall and R&B.
In 2014, the Run Hit #1 compilation brought together his first productions with
artists such as Sizzla, Mr. Vegas, Warren, Maylan, MC Duc, Misiz and the Red Eye
