Volume 10
Dino Hawkins, known by the stage name Volume 10, is an American rapper from Los
Angeles. Hawkins was a member of the Heavyweights crew and was featured on the
Freestyle Fellowship album Innercity Griots (1993). Their debut single,
“Pistolgrip-Pump” (1994), reached number 64 on the R&B/Hip-Hop charts. The track
was covered by Rage Against the Machine for the album Renegades. Hawkins
released the debut album Hip-Hopera (1994), followed by the album Psycho (2000).
