Wallice Hana Watanabe, known mononymously as Wallice, is an American
singer-songwriter born and raised in Los Angeles. Of half-Japanese descent, she
was named after Wallis Simpson and appeared in a Frasier Christmas special at
age four. Wallice attended The New School in New York City, where she majored in
jazz performance and voice before dropping out to pursue music full-time, a
decision reflected in her song "23." In 2017, Wallice released her first single,
