Walter Egan
Walter Egan, born Walter Egan on July 12, 1948 in Queens, New York, is an
American rock musician and singer. He began his career in the arts, earning a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where
he was one of the first sculpture majors. Initially focusing on printmaking and
painting, Egan started playing guitar and composing songs with surf-rock group
The Malibooz as early as 1965. While an undergraduate, he was also a lead
