Warhorse
Warhorse was a British rock ensemble established in 1970. The group consisted of
the musicians Ashley Holt, Nick Simper, Mac Poole, Ged Peck, Frank Wilson, and
Pete Parks. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style
characterized by hard rock and progressive rock. The ensemble was founded by the
musician Simper after he performed as the bassist for the ensemble Deep Purple.
