Winning, a Bangladeshi rock band, was formed in Dhaka on January 1, 1983. The
initial lineup included Haider Hossain, Mitul, Ranjan, Shelly, Rana, and Faheem.
Their first public appearance was on the TV program Nirjar. Between 1984 and
1985, several members migrated to America for studies, leading to changes in the
band's lineup. In 1987, Chandan Zaman Ali joined as guitarist and vocalist,
marking a significant shift. The band released the album Ochena Shohor in 1993.
