Wolf Alice
The darling of the English press since its formation in London in the early
2010s, Wolf Alice was created on the initiative of singer Ellie Roswell. It
started out as an acoustic trio with Sadie Cleary and Joff Oddie, before taking
a clear alternative rock direction by consolidating the rhythm section with the
arrival of Joel Amey in 2012. After the release of two EPs, Blush (2013) and
Creature Songs (2014), the London-based band took their time to perfect their
catchy rock melodies and give shape to their debut album My Love Is Cool (2015).
