Xasthur

Xasthur, a black metal and neofolk band, was created in 1995 by American musician Scott "Malefic" Conner in Alhambra, California. Initially, Xasthur began rehearsing and recording in a home studio with an unstable lineup. In 2002, the band released their full-length album Nocturnal Poisoning through Blood Fire Death label. Throughout its career, Xasthur released several albums including The Funeral of Being (2003) and Subliminal Genocide (2006).
