Yang Ji-eun (born January 9, 1990, in Jeju City, Jeju Island) is a South Korean
traditional musician and trot singer. She discovered her talent for singing in
2000 after winning national awards in a children's singing competition and later
trained in pansori under cultural asset Kim Soon-ja. Despite financial hardships
and setbacks, including donating a kidney to her father, she persevered and
emerged victorious in Miss Trot 2, reviving her singing career. Her discography
