Youv Dee
Youv Dee, whose real name is Jamal Thioune, is a French rapper, singer and
songwriter, born on March 5, 1996 in Gonesse, Val-d'Oise. Originally from
Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt and Sarcelles, he is of Senegalese and Martinique
descent. Fascinated by Japanese culture, manga and video games, he began writing
his first rhymes in 2013 and performed on open stages in Paris. In 2014, he
co-founded the L'Ordre du Périph collective with Assy, ARSN and Swan. The group
releases the EPs Vogue Merry (2017) and Mugiwara (2018). At the same time, Youv
Dee begins his solo career with the mixtape Gea...
