Japanese pianist Yuko Suzuhana rose to prominence as the leader of Wagakki Band,
famous for combining heavy metal music with Shigin, a traditional form of
poetry. She began taking classical piano lessons at the age of 3 and went on to
study Shigin and Kenshibu, a type of interpretive dance very popular in Japan.
After graduating from the Tokyo College of Music, Yuko Suzuhana became the
singer of pop group Asty, with whom she released three albums between 2010 and
