Yvonne Přenosilová, born on July 2, 1947, in Prague, was a Czech singer and
presenter. She began her career with an audition at the Semafor Theatre in 1963.
At 16, she achieved her breakthrough with "Roň slzy", a cover of Brenda Lee's
"I'm Sorry". In 1965, she moved to London and recorded for Pye Records,
appearing on shows like Ready Steady Go!. Other hits include "Javory" and "Boty
proti lásce". In 1968, following the Soviet invasion that ended the Prague
