Hailing from Georgia, where its leader Zachary Brown was born (July 31, 1978),
the Zac Brown Band has been the leading contemporary country band since its
formation in 2000. Open to other musical styles such as soul, rock, jazz and
reggae, the band toured extensively and recorded two albums with little
publicity, Far from Eynstine (2004) and Home Grown (2005), before finding
success with the single "Chicken Fried" and the platinum-selling album The
