Zdenka Vučković, born June 20, 1942, was a Croatian pop singer from Zagreb who
gained prominence in the 1960s. She became widely known for songs such as “Moja
mala djevojčica” and “Zagreb, Zagreb,” the latter of which became closely
associated with her hometown. Her distinctive voice is also recognized through
songs like “Zeko i potočić.” Vučković announced her retirement from the festival
scene with “Odrasla je djevojčica mala” at the 1989 Zagreb Festival, but she
later appeared in performances such as a 1991 duet of “To Love Somebody” with
Severina and “Veslaj” with Luka Nižeti...
