Teapacks is an Israeli rock and Mizrahi band formed in 1988 in Sderot.
Originally named HaHotzaa La'Poal and later Tipp-Ex, the group changed its name
to Teapacks in 1995. The band specialized in a blend of traditional Oriental
music and humor. The recording career featured the debut album Shvil klipot
hagarinim (1992). In 2007, Teapacks represented Israel at the Eurovision Song
Contest with the song “Push the Button”, which addressed nuclear politics. The
