יובל בנאי
Yuval Banai (יובל בנאי), born on June 9, 1962, in Tel Aviv, Israel, is an
Israeli musician and singer. During his service in the Artillery Corps of the
Israel Defense Forces, he met guitarist Shlomi Braha and formed a band together
after their military service ended. In 1984, they officially formed Mashina,
releasing their debut album in 1985. Over the next decade, Mashina released
several successful albums before disbanding in May 1995. Banai then pursued a
solo career with albums such as יובל בנאי (1997), רש"י דאב (1999), and נשאר
